I just have to share this story about Jake....The day before the shower I had all my crystal out and Jake was so amazed by all this fancy stuff. He said, "Mommy, your cake cutter is so beautiful." He was so sweet and nice, just melted my heart. So of course you know what comes next, can I play with it? Can I drink out of the glass? Can I cut my dinner tonight with the cake cutter? I just had to let him drink his kool-aid from the glass cups. He thought that long cake knife was so nice, I think cause it was long and shiny!
