Busy Week

I think this blogging is starting to wear on me....no pictures this week...it was either blog or run on treadmill.....so I ran! Either blog or work...so I worked! Fathers day was really nice..Jake made daddy a card with coupons in it for him! They went fishing for the morning....I had some alone time with Rexie. By the time they came home it was Nap time...I decided to watch the movie, Pursuit of Happyness- with Will Smith......Okay that movie is a tear jerker....really puts your life back in perspective...I still have my smile on my face today and for a long time.

Some of my family from Iowa are coming down to visit this coming weekend. My Grandma and Aunt and Uncle(my dad's side) are coming down to visit my brothers new baby. Not even floods can keep her from coming down Grandma has to make time to see those Great- Grandchildren they are stopping at Kurt's place in Knoxville first to see the new baby...then on to my parents house...The last time Grandma was down was Jake's 3rd birthday. So this will be first time to see Rex too. She sure will be surprised at all the changes at mom and dad's house...from the new painted barn, new garage, 2 torn down sheds...they sure have been busy in the last couple years. My parents work really hard for all the beautiful things they have....I even had to copy my mom with the new garage...she got hers last September and I have been wanting one just like it since then, so after looking at it for 10 months we are getting one just like it to...unfortunately minus the brick...my parents were smart enough when they bricked there home to get a lot left over....They could not find the brick to match our house it would be to much of a difference in the shades....but the main thing is more space. We have been running out of space for the last two years....
