I put together some highlights from this past year for you, I know you love to watch them:) I love you Jake
Jake has also had the same bedroom theme since he was a newborn, trains, firetrucks & planes- mostly firetrucks for decorations. He still did not want to change it this time, but mom and dad were just a little sick of looking at all the blue paint and dings in the walls! We decided to give him a neutral color so we can go many years before having to paint again! Of course, we went with the Army theme for his room and Aunt Samantha helped out big time with making his "Jake's Barracks" sign for part of his birthday present...then she had some left over Army scrap booking things of Uncle Kurt's and made a little picture frame personalized with PVT Jake dog tags! How cute!!! As if that was not enough, she painted his new hat rack army green and black too! This new room was part of Jake's 6th birthday present as well, considering we just got it done. I have a few more ideas that I want to add like his name above his bed and maybe a vinyl decal of a hummer above the TV. I seen the cutest set at Kohl's online the other day- but my favorite stuff in his room are the things his Aunt Samantha made for him...PRICELESS! Thanks for the wonderful gifts! His camo lunch box was a hit with his friends!!!
