I got these personalized rubber stamps for her at a ETSY shop- I love that web site for personalized things, handmade things, just cute crafty stuff I can't make cause I am not crafty! To go along with the library stamp I stumbled on used books at a consignment sale, I never thought of looking at books there for the class, but so glad I did....we gave the class more than 20 books for the teachers library! Yes, after I found the books...I couldn't wait to give it to her, so I sent in a basket with the books and the stamp....she loved it and said it was the best gift she has ever gotten! (mind you this is her 5th year teaching!) So since she loves the Bee theme, I am sending the other stamp for Teacher Week!

I also found this cute little personalized notepad for her at Mommypads & More. I wanted something that was non-traditional for notepads, I am not such a fan of teddy bears and stuff like that, I wanted something funky and cute, and I could not pass up a family notepad for me too! Susie at Mommypads & More is offering a special 15% off your order when you enter the code MOMMY at checkout!
Remember scratch and sniff stickers? I don't know about you, but I had a sticker collection when I was little....I LOVED those kinds of stickers- they were hard to come by, but I still have my sticker book and those stickers STILL SMELL! So I had to get some for the class for rewards and such....I found some at the teacher supply store in Gallatin and some online at ETSY and Ebay- also found personalized teacher stickers for rewards- every affordable and soooo cute too, Then I found some special things she could use like some custom magnets and clips from 62 Cards she also offers affordable prices and more importantly affordable shipping! I made her some more magnets and personalized clips with some modge podge too...so she had an over flowing basket of stuff from us!
Before I found Mommypads & more, I thought I would order some sticky pads for the teacher to write notes on and stick in the agenda. So thru Vistaprint, I got a stack of 3 sticky notes, for free! All I had to do was pay for shipping. But, when they arrived...they were the small sticky notes! I never pay attention to the size of things until too late, I just seen the word FREE!! So I stuck those in her little gift basket too!
Since I am room mom this year, I also was in charge of the class gifts, so this year I wanted to give her something small for everyday of the week! So I crafted up some gift tags and bags for a better presentable look, but here are the things we are going to do for the week!
1. Monday- Coffee mug and gift card from Starbuxs, with a tag for her that says " Thanks a latte for all your hard work"
2. Tuesday- is the actual day they celebrate so parents could bring in their own gifts so I am sending in his basket with all the stuff I told you about. I think also we are going to trace the kids hand prints and make a flower arrangement, although I have always thought- what teacher wants other kids hand prints...I wouldn't! But, some others thought it would be cute!
3. Wednesday- She loves Pepsi, so we are sending in a 6 pack of Pepsi tied with a note that says, "we are SODA-lighted to have you in our class this year!"
4. Thursday- I had seen an idea with gum balls, but the other parents thought it would be nicer if every kid brought in a pack of gum, so we switched up that- and just says " Thanks for chewsing to teach at West Elementary!"
5. Friday- Last day, so we are sending in her favorite donuts and donuts for the class to celebrate with her and a note that says " Donut you know your our favorite teacher?!
I wish it was next week...I am so excited!!!
