I have not had time to go thru all the pictures and to sit and type it all out, but before I forget...I keep thinking I already have forgotten things....I better get started! It seems we have been on both sides of the state in the past month... from Morristown, Nashville, and Memphis races, then stuffed some bike clinics for beginners, finishing 1st grade with a superlative of "Bravest" in class. We squeezed in a trip to the Knoxville Zoo too, and I managed to leave the camera at home, but that is okay, we soaked up everything with a memory! Jake got his 1st place trophy during this time also...so so proud of him- he has to race 3 motos and all 3 times he came in 1st place! We have 1 Regional race coming up with around 180 motos (we are used to around 15 motos) and 2 National races (about 250 motos) and 1 Grand National race (who knows how many motos for that one!) then we will have to sqeeze in Beech Bend Park, Holiday World, Dollywood and a trip to the beach! This should be a summer to remember for Jake especially...he is just the right age for anything!
Jakes last day of 1st grade when he recieved his "Bravest" award! Rex just wanted his snow cone and wasn't going to be happy till he got it, but he did stare at the class pet, Mr. Turtle for the longest time:)
