So much has been going on since my last post! Mother's Day was so nice, Jake made me a magnet for the fridge with his picture inside from school.....I was also suppose to get to sleep in on Sunday morning, but at 3am Beau got called into work.....so I missed out on my present, so then the kids and I went out to my parents house for Mother's Day and becuase my cousin, Rhonda and her daughter were coming thru Nashville on her way down to Miami....her daughter is getting to do her Internship in Criminal Justice there....Now why couldnt I do my intern at a beach in the summer?! She sure did luck out with that! (Rhonda is the blonde lady in collage)
I had a seminar in Murfreesboro last Friday, Elizabeth- I don't know how you can contain yourself from shopping all the time.. Everything is so close....nothing is spread out like here. I finally went to Ulta and got a mini make-over with Bare Essentuals. Love that stuff....I have been wanting it, but never have time to wait for them to do the make-up. Nobody was there that day....so nice! I made it there and Target, Toys-R-US, 2-cute and Magnolias.....all in just a couple hours.....Love it that everything is all in one place....the only thing out of my way was the hospital seminar-haha.
Sunday, my parents and I went to McMinnville to visit some old friends. (some with Evelyn and Rex and with mom) We have not been up there in over 5 years and things were so different. Evelyn used to be my old babysitter when we lived in Texas. So I had to get a picture of her and Rex....Jake wanted to stay at home with dad so he didnt make the trip....Their son Dylan (only guy alone in collage) graduated from high school this year..... we just looked thru old pictures and just had a nice visit. They have a 2 1/2 year old grandson and Rex had a time playing with toys...wish he was there to visit too!
Some pictures are of us at the Strawberry Patch down the road.....Jake loved picking them and washing them off in the wash pan......
