Our's got rained out somewhat, but Rex loved the
firecrackers, he wasn't scared at all, but he knew better than to get up and run around- he stayed in my lap! We spread ours out over the weekend because of the rain....the first night we scared a bat from someplace! It was creepy to see it flying around solo...now I have bats on my mind all the time. I didn't get a picture of Rex on the 4
th- we were trying to hurry before the rain came at 8:15 and it just got dark at 8pm the camera made it look darker than it really was. I felt sorry for all the fireworks around town and in Nashville...all the hard work and money then it all rained on.
This is just a box we had, and Jake played hours with it while Rex took
a nap....we pretending it was
alot of things, the markers were out and all drawing
all over it! Just enjoying being home and relaxing during the long weekend!
Rex helping daddy repair some tile - it is
sooo cute- he says " I will help" then
if you say get back or anything like no, he repeats "help" a hundred times until
he inches his way right up in the middle of you! He made is way over and grabbed
the hammer on this one...Mr. Big Stuff
